Shipping Cost and Time
We ship via UPS or FedEx within the Contiguous 48 States, and no MILITARY and P.O Box addresses. We DO NOT have International Shipping Service at this time.
- Shipping Costs
LuggageMore uses following vendors to deliver customer purchases:
* UPS – Shipping service in the US
* USPS – Shipping service in the US
* FedEx – Shipping service in the US
Your shipping cost will be quoted by Carrier real-time shipping quote(exclude items qualified for Flat Rate Shipping).
LuggageMore will select the best shipping method for your shipment.
- Oversized orders/shipping(exclude items qualified for Flat Rate Shipping)
If you are placing a large order (exceeding regular dimension or weight more than 150 pounds in the US), mostly you may get an real-time shipping quote by programed adjustment. If the shipping quote does not match the amount shipping carriers collect, your order will be held and our representative will contact with you for shipping rate adjustment.
For orders in excess of these thresholds, your only shipping option will be Custom Oversized. Be certain that your ship to address is correct. Save your order as a quote.
- Estimating Delivery Time To calculate the number of days it will take to receive your order, consider the number of days it will take us to process and pack your order, plus the number of days it will take the delivery service to handle your order.
Estimated Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Shipping Time*
*Shipping time may vary depending on shipping origin. Most items ship from CA but Some brand items will ship from east coast.
Order Processing Time item is clearly labeled throughout the LuggageMore.com site. You'll find that some items are labeled "Usually ships in 2-3 days" which means that your order will be processed and will leave our warehouse on the second or third day. For items labeled “Usually ships within 24 hours”, orders placed and approved before 11 AM Pacific Time Monday through Friday generally ship on the same day from our warehouse. Orders placed after 11 AM Pacific Time will generally ship on the next business day. No orders are shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
The number of days required for Shipping Time depends on the shipping method you select. Shipping may take 2 - 7 working days. Please contact us before your placing orders if you have concern of the delivery day.
- Refuse Shipments
If you wrongfully refuse to accept your order or return products without legal excuse or authorization, you will be held liable for a service fee of 15% of the purchase price, plus any shipping and handling charges incurred. LuggageMore may choose, at its discretion, to refuse to accept the unauthorized returns. You will be held liable for any charges associated with sending any unauthorized returned products back to you. LuggageMore is not responsible for any loss or damage on unauthorized refused/return products.
