Terms of Returns and Refund:
LuggageMore endeavor to satisfy our customers with their purchases. If you are not, simply return the items you don't want in NEW condition within 30 days and we will refund your money or exchange the item subject to return policy below.
- Returns without a RMA number will not be accepted.
- Return MUST be in BrandNew-Unused condition. Returns in used condition will be rejected at all customers cost.
- No refund after 30 days from the original invoiced date or the purchase received date.
- No refund for defective products if the original packaging is damaged and/or missing accessories.
- A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund. (Please be understanding that shipping is a tremendous cost. Restocking fee is far from covering the lost in shipping cost.)
- Shipping charges are NOT refundable under any circumstances UNLESS an item is shipped to you in error.
Important Before sending any shipment to LuggageMore, you must secure a return material authorization (RMA) approval. Any shipment received without an RMA will be returned to you at your cost.
Please note if products become defective beyond 30 days from ordering date, contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claim if your product is covered by manufacturer warranty. You may refer to warranty information.
To return an item by mail:
- Contact customer service of LuggageMore to request your RMA number.
- Include the item you wish to return along with all original packing materials and accessories.
- Clearly write all shipping information and the RMA number on each box for faster processing.
- Mail back the returning package at our return address.
- Email customer service (
) once you have mailed out the return product. Please include your tracking information, your name, and the original order number located on your sales receipt.
About Mail Returns:
- A refund process will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- The mail return process can take 2 to 3 weeks.
- Once we receive your item, we will either credit your original method of payment or ship you a replacement item, based on your request.
- If there was an error on our part related to your order, we will issue a credit for any applicable shipping charges.
- We recommend that you insure your package and ship it via a trackable carrier method. LuggageMore cannot replace or provide credit for any item lost during return shipping.
- LuggageMore cannot replace or provide credit for a returned item that is incongruent with the brand, specifications, item description or condition of your original purchase(s).
- A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund.
- Shipping fee is non-refundable any circumstances except defective products.
