Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal through PayPal merchant service. However, In order to protect our customers from fraudulent transactions, we only ship to the address that is listed with your credit card company. Therefore, if you wish to ship to an address other than the billing address, please contact your credit card company and have them list an alternate shipping address.

All orders are processed through our secured server. Before shipping, our Credit Department will re-verify all orders and payments. No International Credit Cards will be accepted.

All billing information and shipping address (if different from billing address) is subject to verification for safety and security purposes. Please note that there may be delays associated with verifying billing and shipping address information which may hold your order until resolved.


Shipping

Please note that we only ship on weekdays. We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Alaska, and Hawaii. LuggageMore.com offers flat rate (Our Shipping) on selected items (UPS Ground or USPS Mail at its discretion) . Due to special handling required, APO/FPO address orders are not eligible for this promotion. APO/FPO address order will be shipped via US Postal Service.


Delivery Exception due to Customer's Error (Refuse Shipments, Wrong Address)

Please note customers are responsible for providing correct shipping address and receive the shipment if no error is made from LuggageMore or shipping carriers. If you wrongfully refused to accept your order or return products without legal excuse or authorization, or provided a wrong shipping address resulting in the package in return to us, you will be held liable for a service fee of 15-20% of the purchase price, plus any shipping and handling charges incurred by the carrier company.
Customers may request to re-ship or re-route the package to the correct or new address with Re-Route Fee charged. We charge $12 to re-route a package before the package is returned to the shipper. To re-ship a package, the fee depends on the weight and dimension of the package. We will give customers a quote to re-ship the package. If customers refuse to pay Re-Route or Re-Ship Fee, a restocking fee of 15-20% of the purchase price, plus any shipping and handling charges incurred by the carrier company will be deducted from your refund.

Please make your purchases ONLY IF you accept and agree to take the customers responsibility.


Return and Warranty Policy

  • Return MUST be in BrandNew-Unused condition. Returns in used condition will be rejected at all customers cost.
  • Product warranties may vary based on vendors (manufacturers). Please note that warranty periods and services vary by manufacturer and product.
  • A 10-20% restocking fee depending on items will be applied to all returns for refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances UNLESS If there was an error on our part related to your order, we will issue a credit for any applicable shipping charges.
  • No refund after 30 days from the original invoiced date.
  • When returning products, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You also assume responsibility for insuring the returned item.
  • Customers must pay for return shipping on all returns except defective products.
  • No refund for defective products if any accessory is missing.
  • Defective products can also be returned for repair/replacement at our discretion.
  • After 30 days from the original invoiced date, please contact the manufacturer for direct warranty service. All prices quoted are exclusive of taxes, Prices and product availabilities are subject to change without notice. Specials/promotions may be limited to stock on hand. We are not responsible for any typographical errors on pricing and product availability information. LuggageMore.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.


Product Descriptions

LuggageMore.com attempts to be as accurate as possible in product descriptions, also on typographical and photographical of products for sale; we do our best to maintain the consistency in descriptions of our products.


Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. LuggageMore.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. LuggageMore.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity of any item you ordered. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Credit card dispute charge is not acceptable. If there is anything wrong with the merchandise, please contact Customer Service for further information. Orders usually ship within 24 to 48 business hours. However, we do not guarantee all orders will be shipped according to our usual process due to back orders, out of stock and/or credit card verification delay.

LuggageMore.com prefers to accept all change/cancel order requests by E-mail. Therefore, please send us an E-mail for inquiry, and we will respond during business hours (9am to 5pm PST) regarding changing/cancelling any order. Also, all processes must be done before the order has been shipped out.


Rush an Order

For customers in a hurry, we offer to ship out your order the same business day we receive it. This option only applies to orders received before 11:30 am Pacific Standard Time and being shipped to your credit card billing address or PayPal confirmed address. Orders placed after 11:30 am will be shipped out within the next business day.

Same day shipping is not guaranteed. If for any reason your order did not get shipped out within the expected amount of time, the "Rush this Order" fee will not be charged.


Back Orders

LuggageMore.com will only ship complete orders, if your order includes an item on backorder, we will contact you regarding the backordered item with a choice of holding the order until the backordered items are in or removing the backordered item from the order.


Physical Damage or Loss

Once you receive your order, you are liable for loss or physical damage. Physical damage will void all warranties offered by LuggageMore.com and/or the manufacturer. You as the buyer are liable for inspection of the products upon delivery. You will be responsible for contacting LuggageMore.com regarding claim of any products damaged, tampered, and/or loss in transit. If you receive an order which you find to be physically damaged upon delivery, please contact us within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery for further assistance. LuggageMore.com will file a shipping claim with the carrier. LuggageMore.com is not the carrier, therefore is not directly responsible for lost or damaged packages. LuggageMore.com will make the effort to address any issues or concerns. In cases of physical damage by the carrier, you need to keep the merchandise in the original packing materials for NO LESS THAN 10 BUSINESS DAYS for claim purposes. LuggageMore.com will instruct you on the necessary procedures to follow. LuggageMore.com will send a replacement after the claim has been settled. Replacement will be sent via Ground Service, unless otherwise requested, in which you will be liable for any added charges resulting from upgrading the shipping method.


Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Unless otherwise noted, all products sold by LuggageMore.com are covered by our 30-day return period. Policies regarding items that are not covered by the 30-day return period are specified on the products' individual pages as well as in our full Return Policy. LuggageMore.com makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to LuggageMore.com arising from any product sold on this website shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall LuggageMore.com, its officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to products sold. LuggageMore.com and the materials therein are provided "as is". LuggageMore.com makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to LuggageMore.com, its operations, content, information, materials or year 2000 compliance. Governing Law

You agree that any legal action brought against LuggageMore.com shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of this Site shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Los Angeles California.
